It primarily covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-dffdbc6f8c076105f38b68f58f6f1f71\">Key Performance Indicators (KPI\u2019s) initial measurements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-00d80d5a229c49402da4df14fd5f65cb\">Feasibility of Service Level Agreements and their degree of applicability including bonus malus range if any.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-0751cbb8257a725e31cd31e26eec19bd\">Stress test of operating environment or ways of working defined in the contract.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-2f0999bff1ff74b5e8278bc875fecefd\"><strong><u>Why it is critical<\/u><\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-55430bf2a5749e9e89d32b5100f5134c\">Calibration phase is to assess key challenges in defined approach and <strong>mitigate them by necessary adaptations before moving into the actual Delivery execution.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-3f359106623bdcaf0bf13d8ac1a56aaf\">Calibration should not be confused with a preparation phase: <strong>calibration is about learning while delivering<\/strong>, not about preparing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color has-medium-font-size wp-elements-082fc4761ffcb2e43ef9226de1b4ed84\"><strong><u>When it is applicable<\/u><\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<span class=\"wp-elements-e97980f94d34faffcd3a3972e048a860\" style=\"font-size:0px; color:#ff0000;\">\ufeff<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lambdapy.com\/\">\u58ef\u967d\u85e5<\/a>\n<\/span><p class=\"has-ast-global-color-5-color has-text-color has-link-color\">As of service commencement date or as soon as contract comes in effect, calibration phase kicks-off.
